Pandemic virus and bacteria prevention
In intensive animal farming, a regular large scale of virus and bacteria disinfection is a must. A misting system is ideal for this work. A high pressure misting pump and the use of low-acid disinfection fluid will allow the disinfectant mist flow all over the area to prevent growing of virus and bacteria, such as African swine flu and Swine foot and mouth in the farm. -
Cooling and humidity control in animal farms
Meanwhile, a controlled humidity is important for animals’ skin condition and breathing system. To provide a proper living condition for animals, a misting system integrated with a smart environment monitoring system and a good ventilation facility will produce proper moisture to maintain a good humidity in the farm, especially for winter.
A high pressure misting pump is able to produce huge amount of micro droplets in the air which will consume the heat from surrounding. With the help of a good air flow, the temperature in a barn or at the feedlot can be reduced significantly at very low energy cost. The equipment used in animal farming, such as grass rolling machine, loader truck, feeding machine, and captive fences, etc., all are large equipment. As the farming environment has a lot of sticky waste or dusts attaching to these equipment but not able to be removed frequently, these sticky waste or dusts will stay on these equipment for quite some time and become difficult to be removed. Preservation spray for the feed
In animal farms, either small or big, in order to guarantee uninterrupted feed, a large storage tank or area is often built. In case of warm and humid climate, the feed will grow aflatoxin or harmful bacteria in no time. An advanced preservation treatment to the feed becomes very important. Since the refilling of feed each time is often with a large quantity, using a high pressure misting system to spray the preservative mist evenly to the feed during filling process is a quick and effective way. -
Landscape fog effect, Insects repellent, and odor control around animal farms
The mist produced by high pressure pump and misting nozzles can be used to repel insects. These micro water droplets float with air among plants around the farm. These droplets will attach to insects’ wings and disable them from flying and harming people. At the same time, these floating micro droplets create fog alike scenery. By adding non-toxic chemical or essential plant oils such as Eucalyptus Oil and Peppermint Oil, etc., to the misting system, the atomized droplets will neutralize or absorb the odor compounds in the air and eliminate the odor around the farm.

Animal washing and disinfection before departure
Before being sent to market or slaughter house, animals must be cleaned up to make sure the waste, dirt, and possible virus or bacteria will not travel along and spread. To ensure a proper wash and disinfection, disinfectant can be added into a high pressure washing gate system to sanitize each animal while they walking through the gate. -
Liquid waste dewatering and solid liquid separation
The animal waste is often in semi-solid form contains sticky liquid. Before tuning it into organic fertilizer or being buried, the solid and liquid must be separated. The solid part will be burned and treated then becoming organic fertilizer and marsh gas for recycle. The liquid part will be treated before discharging into draining system. A high pressure pump plays a significant role of pumping semi-solid liquid through a sludge dewatering system.
