Compared to the Dust Suppression Cannon-Easy Model, the Dust Suppression Cannon-Trolley Model offers a higher airflow capacity and is specifically designed to meet industrial dust removal needs. Through a high-pressure misting system, it generates fine water mist particles approximately 10–100 microns in size, which rapidly bind to airborne dust particles, causing them to settle on the ground, effectively controlling dust. Testing shows that the airflow can reach distances of up to 24 meters. The Trolley model also includes highly durable swivel tires and a towing handle for easy maneuverability, as well as a timer-controlled misting function. With an IP54 waterproof and dustproof rating, this machine is engineered for practicality and optimized for use in various environmental conditions.
The Diamond Dust Suppression Cannon-Trolley Model is an upgrade of the Easy Model, offering higher airflow capacity along with swivel tires and a towing handle, making it easily portable despite its larger size. Through powerful misting, it generates fine water droplets that attach to airborne dust particles along its airflow path, causing them to settle on the ground—an ideal solution for reducing air pollution in work environments. This equipment integrates multiple advanced technologies, making it suitable for dust suppression in construction sites, storage areas, building projects, and various industrial applications, providing an efficient solution for diverse dust removal needs.
Features of Dust Suppression Cannon-Trolley Model
- Micron-sized mist particles: The high-pressure misting system produces fine mist particles between 10–100 microns in size, similar in size to harmful industrial dust particles. This allows for maximum capture of airborne dust particles, significantly improving air quality. (Note: Attention should still be given to smaller respirable dust particles.)
- 24-meter airflow distance: The Dust Suppression Cannon-Trolley Model offers significantly increased airflow, approximately twice that of the Easy Model. Equipped with a powerful fan, testing shows an airflow reach of over 24 meters, providing broader coverage suitable for medium to large areas. Ideal applications include construction sites, storage facilities, and other dust-intensive work zones.
- Equipped with swivel tires and a towing handle: The highly durable tires are suitable for rough ground conditions, such as construction sites, enhancing practicality. This allows the unit to be easily moved from fixed locations to water sources for operation, enabling mobile dust suppression.
- Timer-controlled misting function: Based on environmental conditions, the Trolley model provides four preset intermittent misting modes to choose from and comes with the flexibility to customize each mode and adjust as needed. This helps avoid excessive moisture or water accumulation on the ground, while providing long-lasting dust suppression and saving water, achieving an eco-friendly dust control solution.
- IP54 waterproof and dustproof: The misting system and axial fan both meet the IP54 waterproof and dustproof rating, making them suitable for use in environments filled with dust and other suspended particles, while preventing mist droplets from damaging the equipment.
