NKL Misting Pump

The NKL series is medium-size misting pump designed and developed by Tanong.
The pump uses direct drive motor to transfer the motor power to plunger through a crankshaft and connecting rods to drive the plungers to intake and discharge fluids.
The pump is built with high-strength, corrosion-resistant copper alloy cylinder chamber, direct coupling motor drive, and high-precision parts to provide extremely quiet operation and significant reduction in pump size.
The pump is designed to be lubricant-free, which can prevent the fluid from being contaminated by the lubricating oil.
Customers can choose from various types of automatic pressure unloaders, which have the functions of stabilizing pressure and pressure regulation, to ensure stable operation of the pump and prevent the pressure build up when pipeline is clogged and pressure is unable to be released, which will shorten the service life of the pump.
The NKM series is equipped with a fully enclosed motor made in Taiwan.
Depending on the power supply conditions of the region, it provides specifications of 100~240V, 50/60Hz, single or three-phase.
The waterproof rating is above IP54, which can effectively prevent water from entering. The motor will automatically shut down in case of overload to avoid shortening the service life and ensure safety.
